kindly assist I recently purchased a Hyundai 2007 V6 Gls, this was a nightmare has barely a week old and the vehicle had a oil leak near the manifold which was causing my eyes to burn while driving the vehicle, that was repaired by the dealer, I was driving the vehicle after the repair on the Freeway and on 120km/hr the vehicle has a shudder when braking speed that is the brak pads and discs, with all things considered I sent Yunus the sales person a email stating the matter and I was unhappy with the vehicle, and he still insists over the phone that the vehicle is 100%, I have lost my trust with the dealer and request that the vehicle be taken back and a refund be issued as a consumer I do have a right and I cannot be running up and down to repair a vehicle which I purchases on false assumptions that is in good nick, hence this vehicle was purchased cash
The Sales person Yunus was always advising me that alot was done and he cannot do anyrhing more which I do not want to hear has these were all defects prior to me taking the vehicle (wear and tear/negligence)
I want a Full Refund as I will relay this matter to the cpa
