I've heard of clients being unhappy with Sinoville's service but never thought I could be a victim. On 28/11/2013, I took my car for its 105k service and was given a quotation of 19k for the service and other parts that were "broken" but because i didn't have that kind of amount, I only authorised a normal servicing of the car which amounted to 1.5k. Upon getting to the branch to fetch my car, the bill was 2.5k because of an authorised flushing of the fuel injectors but I ended up not paying for it. It was said that my clutch was leaking and had to replace it and the CSC.After 2 months, I took the car to SILVERTON NISSAN branch today (23/01/2014) and it was inspected. Glad to say my clutch is fine the only problem was that the engine had oil which was washed off.
So I wonder how SINOVILLE made such an analysis that could cost me 10-15k for areplacement or is that how they reach their monthly targets??? THANKS TO NISSAN SILVERTON
