My vehicle a 2011 model Accent has gearbox issues for the past few months. I have taken my Vehicle to the Springfield Park branch at least 3 times only for them to diagnose the problem the 4th time around. I was then told this vehicle has to go to a gearbox specialist and should have a waiting period of 2 weeks to get my vehicle back. I receive a message today (after chasing the branch a few times) to find out this part is coming from Korea and should only be in SA on the 19th April hence will receive my vehicle at the end of April also they don't believe in courtesy cars. I am shocked at the after sales and also how can a big corporation not have enough stock of parts. Also to note this is the second Hyundai vehicle I am having the same problem. Never again will I purchase a Hyundai brand and will also advise my family and friends the same. Really frustrated with Hyundai.
