I traded in a I10 on 20 July 2013, the dealer did not transfer ownership of the vehicle immediately and incurred traffic fines on the previous owner's name. This was raised to the sales person numerously since September 2013, a complaint was also made to Hyundai Customer Service with no response. This is pathetic after sales service from Hyundai Constantia Kloof and Hyundai Customer Care as this matter has been raised in September 2013 and has not been resolved, I have not even received any feed back. Hyundai is a great vehicle, but due to a lack in after service I will definitely not buy a Hyundai again!!!
