Clerk: "give me the main one"."Ok". Got service agent in the morning ; handed my list of issues ; oops ; can't assist ' because clerk should have noted everything (but that's your staff, you resolve).48 hour than a courtesy car provided as per Mobilo - vehicle went in a wed ; picked up the following friday only, no car provided. Delay with parts ; can't trace faults, etc. Seems like nothing fixed (worse off). Logged on survey unhappy. Called to bring in (mid-dec13). Unable to (no car offered). Record Mobilo expired 2 Jan14 ;more than just touch-ups to vehicle. MBSA not interested. Dealer no feedback (been 2x weeks). Anyone in legal welcome to take this on with me! Still Love the brand ; NMI the monoply in Durban.please don't bother calling the F & I dept, USELESS! Want my money back!
