My vehicle has been into Mercedez Benz Sandown three times now for them to replace the shocks. We have an independent report from Speedy indicating that the shocks are worn and in need of replacement to ensure the road worthiness of the vehicle, MBSA refuses to replace the shocks. The tests conducted by them include, driving the vehicle, visually inspecting the vehicle for leaks, however to their admission they do not have the equipment to test shocks. I am at a loss as to why if the vehicle is covered under the motorplan the shocks are not being changed, this impacts on the safety of the vehicle on the road and this is the reason we bought Merc for the peace of mind. I am totally and absolutely disappointed in the brand and the company. I reserve my rights and will follow legal recourse.
