Good Day,

On Friday the 5th of April 2013 I booked my car my car for the 120, 000 service, I was given a slot on Monday the 8th. MBSA refused to pay for the 120, 000 service stating the vehicle was over 485km, as it was 120 485km on the clock.

My understanding was that the car was still covered (up to and including the 120k service), as one time I had trip before the service and I enquired if it was going to be OK to bring the car within 1500km either side of the service interval.

The problem is that you cannot escalate the issue beyond the call center. I logged a dispute on Monday the 8th (Ref 3243485) and they have not come back to me with a response, I have to call the call center all the time time for feedback. I even went on their web page but no response either.

This left a feeling of being ripped off. This is not clear and they are understand the interpretation of this issue, and it gives you a feeling that you are left vulnerable.
