I have e-mailed MBSA twice in the last 3 months but I do not get any response. I then called Head Office in Zwartkop - Centurion asking to speak to the CEO. What a joke, they refuse to transfer me to him. Is there service so poor that he does not want to talk to unhappy clients?
I think he has to know how poor the Customer Service is in this establishment!!!
I want to purchase a vehicle but require specific information on the vehicle and no one can help me.
So --- firstly I can't advertise their brand when the vehicle is on the road and secondly they are the only Manufacturer that can provide such a vehicle to me, where do I go from here?
Shall I contact Germany and inform them about the poor Customer Service that MBSA provide?
