Delayed rep[airs to vehicle BS 31 ZH GP

I've a Mercedes Benz under warranty and insured by Budget Insurance. I had an accident for which I wasn't at fault on 14th of December 2014. Since then I have failed to have my car repaired and returned to me. The appointed service provider, Silverstar Autobody, rarely talked to me and first could not even give me a date for the return of my car. After much asking and seeking the intervention of Mercedes Benz, they told me that my car would be available 20th of March 2012. This did not happen and other dates proposed haven't happened.
The worst thing about this service provider is their poor communication which I wonder if they reflect the Mercedes Benz brand. At the beginning their main reason for delays was that MBSA was delaying in supplying parts, even now the reason is that the supposed safety belts have not been delivered by MBSA.
I use this vehicle for my official duties and this delay has really been a major inconvenience and my worry is whether as part of protecting your brand you do any quality checks on your appointed service providers, if Silverstar Autobody then my high regard of Mercedes Benz was surely misplaced.
