I am a holiday flat owner. Leandra obtained a booking for my apartment from the 28/12/2013 - 05/01/2014 and the guests as per her instructions paid the full rental amount and commission into her account. I was to receive my payment for the rent of my flat prior to the guests arriving. To date I have not received the R9800 owed to me by Sunrise Holidays. I receive excuse after excuse. To add insult to injury Leandra crammed 11 people into my two bedroom, one bathroom flat without obtaining my consent leaving me open to complaints from the Body Corporate and excessive wear and tear on the apartment. I am preparing to take legal action against her.
