Shocking service

I bought my car new from cherry (imperial car select) unhlanga ridge.. It has had a problem with the gearbox for the past two years. It is a fault that comes and goes that it wont go into second. Every time i booked it in i would tell them i had broken down a few times. They would tell me it was a factory fault and they would look into it. Once even they booked my car in for three days to repair it and told me it was fixed and then two days later a lady from the department phoned me to tell me part had arrived. My car is still giving me problems and now finally they tell me they have found the fault, but the car is no longer under warranty and now it must be at my cost! Needless to say i am furious about the ridiculous customer service and the appalling service that it took them such a long time to find out was was wrong with my car and then still expect me to pay. The problem has become so bad that the last time the gear box locked up it nearly caused me to have an accident in peak traffic with the kids.
