I went on Gumtree and was looking for a Charley to book for a holiday. I came across a Charley in Leisure Bay with four bedroom. I called the number 0822232470 as the ad stated and spoke to Lee ann and Natasha. They assisted me pricing. As we were going with a big family. When my sister came over I asked her to call and ask for picture and banking details. We were sent all this info by Natasha. We were happy with the place, they had asked us to pay R850 to book the place. I did an EFT for this amount the next day. A few days later an email was received to put the balance of R1950 in the account (7 days prior to the holiday). I also EFT this amount. One day before the holiday my sister asked for directions to the place, we were sent a email stating the owner has revoked his property. We had no accommodation. I called Sunrise holiday and insisted that they sort out the issue as we were all planned for the holiday. They stated that they attempted to look for a place but kept me hanging, eventually I asked for my money back, they stated that this will be returned in 24 hours, that was on the 7/1/14. However up until now I do not have my money. This company is a . please assist
