I recently moved into a furnished 2 Bedroom apartment in Mowbray which is managed by Steer & Co.
I moved into the flat on the 1st of December only to find a horribly filthy flat. The flat was very dusty and full of cat hair. The walls were dirty, the Floors were dirty, the Cupboards were dirty, the outside garden was full of junk. The couches were ripped up and covered it Cat hair, the cutlery and crockery was dirty, the drains were full of gunk.
It was literally a disgusting experience moving into the flat.
The flat is great but the state I found it in was appalling!
Eventually Steer & Co managed to organize a cleaner to come in on the 14th of December after many calls and complaints. I was then assured that a person would come in to clean the couches on today the 18th of December. This person has now informed me that they can only come in 4 days time!
This is totally unacceptable and extremely. What's even worse is that no one has come to inspect the flat since the previous tenants have left. It's clear that they have no interest in my satisfaction and now I have signed a year contract with this useless bunch.
Please do yourself a favour and rent with someone else!
