My family and I visit Ballito twice every year for many years now. In March this year we used Cyber View Letting - first (and last) time. We never pay a deposit. We pay in full as soon as we make a booking. We arrived on Friday at a very very dirty flat. I phoned Cyber View and spoke to Inus (apparently the OWNER). He said its not his responsibility to clean the flat but will take it up with the cleaning company responsible. Later he claimed he could not get hold of anyone. We stay in North West and have been travelling all day with a five month old baby that got sick a couple of days before. Later I tried phoning Cyber View Letting and got no answer. I had no choice but to stay in that health hazard of a flat untill Monday morning. I was forced to get some cleaning supplies and spent my first night on holiday cleaning a three bedroom apartment. I was promised a refund but got nothing. Yesterday I received I mail informing me that they can't refund me anymore cause the monies has already been paid to the owner of the flat. I was told so many times that the cleaning is not their responsibility, but why did they take all my money? Who's this cleaning company and who is paying them???
