Inconsistent payments to the flat owne

I am writing this complaint on behalf of my mother who is an owner of a flat in Bencorrum that is under the management of Harcourts, Durban South Beach branch. In the past years the rental money used to be paid into her account not later than the 10th of every month. In May 2013, she started to notice that the rent was not paid into her account. In June it was paid but not in full. For July she received no rental payment again. As far as we know there is a tenant renting her flat and they pay full rent to Harcourts. She has tried several ways to contact Denise but she is always busy on the phone, she leaves messages and Denise does not return her calls. She even asked me (her daughter) to send her emails about this matter. She does not respond to emails as well. All she wants is for Denise or whoever is in charge of payments at Harcourts, Durban South Beach to explain to her what is going on regarding the rent that was and is supposed to have been paid to her and she also wants the rent owed to her to be paid into her account.
