NO SERVICE DELIVERY

1.Requested a price on my 15000 km service, still no reply (Service plan was never offered and AFTER I bought the vehicle I was notified that there were no service plan included, I did not make a scene as I was at the Alberton office already for 5 hours waiting to collect my vehicle as they my financing) - I am on almost 18000 km and my vehicle is still not serviced... (will take it to another Lindsay Saker now. Thought it would be best if the same garage sorted out all the issues I have with my vehicle)
2.Smash and grab on windows are full of bubbles, I was assured by the technician that it will "go away", WELL, it's still there.
My clutch is a concern as sometimes when I put my vehicle into any gear, it will scratch and sometimes struggle to go into a gear - this was brought under their attention and I am still awaiting assistance

I have sent in total about 12 e-mails, have been back to them twice and everhy time they make a promise they don't intend to keep. I WILL NEVER buy a vehicle from Lindsay Saker Alberton EVER again, from the word GO my experience were unpleasant and not what it was suppose to be...
