I am appalled at the service I received from McCarthy Ford and Mazda The Glen. Who the manges to get such a simple thing wrong except for a person that does not know their job!!! They really need to re look at their staff members. I traded in a veh on the 18th of Dec and all they were supposed to do was settle the vehicle. To my surprise on the 27th I was debited for the car and when I told them about it they said that I will be fixed. Then the debit reversed and that happened I wad charged for the reversal by the bank and by mfc. I then called them and advised priscilla and she again said it will be sorted. I then had to go them personally on the 8th seeming that things were not being sorted and I spent the whole day there and finally got the settlement done. I somehow then incurred charges at the bank from ded that were supposed to have come off but were affected by the deduction by mfc. I could not pit in money as it would be taken by bank charges. I printed a statement for them and took it to Priscilla and she advised it would be sorted as usual. I had to call in numerous times again and still no joy out of everything and then on the 15th I went in again and this tim
