Account issues not solved after 3 attempts

My partner and I opened a PAY AS YOU EARN business account with FNB (Hatfield branch) a few months ago and we have had issues since day one. Instead of both of us receiving debit cards, one person received 2 cards and the 2nd director wasn't linked to the account despite us having stipulated this requirement.

After going into the bank to fix this, we realized after being sent our 1st statement that we were being charged for the incorrect account option. We have gone to the bank on 2 occasions to have this sorted but we are still being charged for the wrong type of account 3 months on. After my partner inquired again, he was told he would be called to sort the matter out but we are still waiting for the call to this day.

Despite going into the bank multiple times to have this issue sorted and even threatening to move our account to another banking institution, we are still being sent from pillar to post. Even worse, we are being told we must pay for the previous months despite the mistake being theirs which is ridiculous in my view.

This is totally unacceptable behavior from a bank that is supposed to be a leader in South Africa's banking landscape... i'm absolutely appalled!!!
