I worked for this company, they are financially challenged, then decided to retrenched staff with no packages, jus a promise to pay for the month worked .'when they have money ' yet they have money and are purchasing personal stuff for their building alterations. When they realised they are broke they try for easy way out then decided to fire someone that was not even employed with them, that they had retrenched, a month before. This happens when you dont run a business according to labour rules. No documentation was received regarding the retrenchement. What makes things worse is that the owner Lettie Conway choses to avoid the situation hoping it will go away .. insteadof facing the situation anddeaing with it.
Watch for fly by night employers .. who dont know the rules of the labour law
