My daughter used to go to Star Swim School for swimmin lessons for R300 per month. They never sent a notice that they will no longer be rendering services to the creche that my daughter goes to as they were an outsourced supplier. In January 2014 i paid for my child s swimming as usual and that was when they told me about their termination of contract with the creche that my child goes to. I then asked for a refund from Leigh Robson and she advised that she would speak to Cathy who is the owner of how they were going to refund me and they were suggesting for an extra lesson or a small gift and i insisted for a refund as i will have to pay for the new insitution that my daughter will have to go to. A week later i followed about the refund and they said they will not refund me because i am rude.
