Bought a car from Mcarthy Ford and Mazda The Glen, I took receipt of the car and handed in my trade in at the end of October 2013. In November I was still debited for the car I traded in, I also still have not recevied the disk for the new car. I called Westbank and found out that the trade was not settled.
Surely this cannot be my problem. I keep hearing that they will sort it out. A lady by the name of Pricilla, made me drive to the dealership today to give me a permit and a cheque of half the amount of the debit order.
I have never seen such poor service in my life. I have been speaking to Sibo and Pricilla for the last 3 weeks now.
I would never refer anyone to this dealership.
