Old Mutual debited my account before I was paid- they debited me on the 13/12/2013- The DO returned unpaid-and I incurred bank charges- I sent them en email of my bank statement- for them to refund my money- they email was sent 17/12/2013- I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED FEEDBACK. I called their call centre- and wasted R50 on airtime, they advised they will escalate the matter. - they eventually received their money from my acc on the 19th- when I got paid- now I WANT MY BANK CHARGES REFUNDED
