INCOMPETENT OF THEIR ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT

I finished paying my account end of September and I received a letter stating that the account was paid up in full and is sitting on a zero balance and was closed.
In December they send me a statement saying I owe them R148. I called the accounts department and was told to ignore cause my account is sitting on a zero balance.
Now Transunion sent me my update and it shows that I still owe them the R148 this is really irritating me.
