Last year I logged a complaint about the branch in Boksburg due to poor customer service. In addition I was send an SMS to ask if I was happy with the service and replied NO. Now, 2 months later no one has bothered to phone me back. Please could you refer me to a Non-Hyundai service centre that is approved by my motor plan as you told me in no uncertain terms that you don't care about my business and I would hate to inconvenience you in the future
