One week later and still no response or resolution with my car issue. No need for detail as the issue is all too well known. This morning, I spent half an hour stuck on the side of the road due to the issue and I've now had it. If this matter is not resolved this week... Without me having to incur further costs, I will take this the legal route. Enough is enough.
