Been 6 months and still my problem has not been resolved... they admit they cant keep to "their side of the contract", no branch where I reside, stated they will refund... but nothing yet despite SO SO SO many phone calls, emails and sms's... pity it has to get ugly but I feel they cant take a person's hard earned cash under false pretense...
