On Nov 1st, I only received a minimal portion of the data i should have received. I reported the incident a week ago without anything being done about the issue. Numerous phone calls to the call centre consultants have confirmed that the billing department has received the issue yet has not responded. Such disappointing service yet again. call centre consultants have said that within 3 working days the issue would be resolved yet a week later nothing has been done. 8ta just can't seem to get it right which is unacceptable.
It has been a week without response and without a resolution. My current data is almost used up for the month and then they will say it's my fault i used it and i'll have to may even more money... This company has caused nothing but endless headaches, phone calls and has cost me more money than i signed up for.
Absolutely pathetic service!
