I ordered an item from China, it was dispatched around 22/11/2013.
I am still waiting. 08/01/2014.
SAPO international mail at ORT do not bother to contact customers.
The website seems to indicate that the item has been through customs and is "In transit".
The Call center does not answer the phone.
The Johannesburg office informs me that customs need me to send them a copy of the invoice, but no one lets me know, despite my phone number being on the package.
Two days after emailing a copy of the invoice nothing has happened.
THE SAPO MANAGEMENT ARE NOT EVEN CAPABLE OF PUTTING BASIC PROCEDURES IN PLACE.
THE INCOMPETENT SHOULD ALL BE FIRED.
