My item arrived from China on the 7th June, SAPO failed to inform me that the item was being held at the International Hub due to a invoice required. Only once I followed up on why it had still not reached the post office did they inform me that the item needed to be proved that I purchased it, this I sent to Hophney on Friday, 21st June which he promised it would then reach Isando post office on Monday, this has still not been done! This is really not good service, I pay my duties on international items and then it gets delayed in our own country. I spent ALL morning on the phone between being cut off to try and speak to Sibusiso or Annah, but to no avail!
Please let me know when I can expect my parcel to be sent RI271332412ZA
