Nobody answers the phone

I have been trying for 2 weeks to track a parcel from the UK - eventually Customs at JHB airport told me to contact the SAPO mail room who told me to contact the EMS division of SAPO I have been trying since 11am this morning till now 3pm to contact all their 8 Jhb numbers the 2 DBN number and the 2 CPT numbers plus the SAPO customer care and NOBODY ANSWERS their phones!!
