After I specific ask for a 5bedroom home with 5 double beds (no problem with 2 single) Paid R7600 per day for 7 days I was disappointed to find a divan in a small room were to have to make the bed every night and when I phoned they said they will see what they can do. After the weekend I phoned in and they could give us another house but will compromise for the 5th room. I told the could at least refund R5000.00 for the problem. On Monday the 6 jan2014 I send a email and did not even get a reply from dominque. I really feel people shall make sure that this does not happen to them and make sure where they booked there holiday.
