Don't expose yourself to Holiday Access

Good Day, My member 678341. I've signed a 3 year contract over the Easter holiays 2012. The consultant boasted about the holiday schemes and how we could win, and that we will be given extra points over weekends, over and above the 5000 points we get yearly. It all sounded wonderful, WE WOULD SAVE a lot a money. Big fat joke. I tried on numerous occassions to make a booking for weekends (always fully booked). Further found out that a weekend for Holiday Access is 3 days, our weekend is only 2 days as we work on Monday. Tried to make a booking for December at KZN coast, all fully booked. I went to the "recruitment" office and conveyed my unhappiness. I phoned from their premises to make a booking on MSC Sinfonia sailing to Portugueses Island for March 2013. I was told that their is no ships sailing, they are returning to Italy. The lady told me to write a letter at their office on 18/12/12 which they would send to H/O for cancellation. Lady told me to put stop order on my account. I did. Back at work I am harassed with various calls for payment! I resent another letter to clientcare (faxed email). No joy. Was told again by phone today that I cant cancel and hve to pay.
