Good Day
Me and my 6 friends went to Stonehenge for Women's Day on the 09.08.2013.This is our annual outing and we go to different lodges in and around Mpumalanga, Northwest etc. We booked 4 two sleeper chalets. When we got to Stonehenge we were suprised to find that 1 double bed and two singles were squashed in one room for 4 people to share and the cottage had a double bed and two single beds were put in the lounge.
We immediatelty complained to the receiptionist who called the manager, Merika. She called me to her office and I explained to her that we were expecting two people to share a room and not four people because we need our privacy and for the money we paid really were not prepared to share 4 in one room.
Merika was so understanding and with such great attitude she upgraded our accomodation to the hotel each one of us had their own room themselves.
I want her to know that from all of us a big thank you, you made our stay at Parys worthwhile. She is one in a million she went an extra mile, we really enjoyed our stay there. Please teach the younger generation about crisis management. You wil make a great teacher.
