Tried to renew my vehicle licenses today at 15.30 only to discover the system is offline! Asked to speak to the Manager (Denise Gouws) and she couldn't help other than saying that they have been offline since 14.00 & there is a technician working on it. I was referred to another PO or to return tomorrow.
I asked to log a complaint and she said nothing but scribbled details on a piece of paper - their call centre number, HD 135927.

I have had nothing but terrible service from this branch. I have been unable to renew my vehicle licenses at all from this post office (in 8 years working in Sandton; and yet I still try :-S) and have had numerous issues for normal postal services i.e. their dt card machines don't work, they are on lunch, waiting in long lines before finding out of problems once at the counter.

I then called the call centre and spoke to Jabu Langa to log a formal complaint and he explained at length all sorts of issues ranging from third party systems to processes on their side to how actually he'll get the ref number for my complaint by taking all the details down and logging them on a diff system, then he'll call back with a ref. I received sms ref HD 2251523.
