Utterly disappointed, this can be prevented!!!

I had an urgent delivery to Ballito. When completing the 'receivers details' on the Speed Services form I asked the lady to give me the postal address for the Post Office in Balitto, she then informed me that she did not know it and that I should call my boss (who is on holiday in Balitto) to find out what the address is.

I asked her how possible that could be because people send post to different branches of post offices every single day, how can they not keep that kind of vital information.
She said that she did not have it and looked for a book with postal codes.

Her uncertainty really concerned me so I decided to call the Regional Office in Kwa-Zulu Natal to ask them for the address.
They also didn't have it and I was referred to a number that rang non-stop.
I then called the Office again who referred me to the call centre who then referred me to the post office in Balitto.

After almost an hour on the phone (still standing in the Post Office mind you...)
I managed to get an answer "Just address it to Post Office Balitto 4420"

This can be prevented! Upload this information on the intranet so staff can assist clients efficiently and promptly.
