We purchased a hydrovac in October 2013 and within 5 minutes the handle broke. Then the vacuum would lose suction and we were given a spare filter. Upon vacuuming the suction would be reduce and with the replacement filter was used. This did not last long and then the motor cut off. It took about 30 minutes to cool. The unit was returned to Makro and 3.5 weeks later we are still waiting for an answer as we do not want the hydrovac as it does not deliver. Upon numerous calls to Makro we are being given the run around. Please investigate and advise and the product does not deliver. We cannot vacuum our home without the machine being problematic.
