We called the repair Centre to inform them our fridge was not workign and could they come check on it and see what the problem was, I was assisted by a very rude and belittling person so my flat mate took the matter on. It took them 4 or 5 days to get the fridge (which we understood since they explained alot of there people had needed help before us). They came and explained that they could not fix it and would have to take it to the factory, it took them 2 weeks to collect it. They have had our fridge now for 2 weeks, so we ahve been without a fridge for over a month. They never call to update, and it was impossible to get ahold of them last week (told number was out of order). Todaywe call and we are told they have not even started it and are instead waiting for parts. What on earth have they been doing then for 3 weeks now. I want my fridge back and have had it with the delays, honestly.
