PAID R170000.00 FOR A DAMAGE FRIDGE!!!

Hi

I bought a fridge at the Samsung store in Brooklyn more than a year ago.
We needed the fridge urgently and they delivered the same day.
The owner of the store did not give me a invoice only a slip of the machine as I have paid buy credit card.

When they delivered the fridge and opened it, it was damage on the side.
They told me it is out of box failure and they would replace it with a new one.

After 3 weeks of waiting I phoned them and ask them when are they going to replace my fridge and they said we will get back to you regarding this matter, after another 3 weeks of nothing, when I phoned them they told me that the store has a new owner and I need a slip? I did not receive one!!! I told them multiple times and they keep saying "SORRY WE CANT HELP YOU PLEASE PHONE CUSTOMER CARE"!!! When I phoned customer care they say they have no record of anything! I PAID R17000.00 for a damage fridge and no one is getting back to me what must I do??? I WANT AN UNDAMAGED FRIDGE BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT I PAID FOR!
