On 5 December 2013 my fridge / freezer stopped working. The freezer defrosted and the fridge was no longer cold. I got hold of Mike who sent round Themba to check the fridge which just needed to be re-gassed. He spent 3hrs then re-gassing my fridge got it working and i paid him. 2 days later the freezer defrosted and the fridge warmed up. Since then i have phoned them and emailed them every day to come round and check whats going on its now 5 weeks down the line i've been to at least 3 times about how they are coming round - they never arrived. Do not use this company. They take your money and run!
