My gran bought a fridge at kloppers 18/08/2013 in Bloemfontein. She phoned them 7 April, 29 Mei and 26 June informing them there is something wrong with the fridge. They referred her to Best Electrical and she spoke to them 27 June. They say they fixed the fridge but she had to phone them 10 July and 29 July informing them there is still something wrong. (Best electrical employee even told her not you again). Then she asked me her gran daughter to help. I've been phoning KIC for 5 weeks now, fridge is still not correct. Best Electrical I phoned a few times and they inform me every time the fridge is correct. Then I decided to Phone Bergen's in Bloem yesterday and they just informed me that the thermostat is not working and they need to replace it. Now I must pay R980 because KIC does not stick to their guarantees. And the best is, the guarantee expires in 3 days, I think they waited for so long so that they do not have to fix the fridge anymore
