SEVEN SEAS SPA VIP TREATMENT

Booked a VIP treatment for 2 people more than 2 months ago. Arrived at the establishment today at 8H45 and waited till 9h30. Nobody showed and the phones just rang. What an embarrassment for me in front of my international guests. To crown it all I have paid for the treatments! Why open a spa when you can not manage it professionally?
