My account was debited for an amount of R26 for a credit report and a score on the 29th of Nov. I still have not received my score. Going through complaints about Experian on HelloPeter, it seems I am not the only person experiencing this unfortunate Bad service from Experian.
When I finally managed to get through your call centre (believe me it is difficult, you do not answer your phones). I was told to send an email to consumer AT creditexpert DOT co DOT za with statement indicating my account was debited, which I did and my problem is still not resolved.
And please make sure you cancel any future debit orders if you have loaded these, I do not want to lose money for NO service.
And send me my credit report and score as I have paid. Payment Ref: SAGE PAY 57052174 Experian SA
Can you please get your processes in order and be as efficient as Transunion (they are bigger than you but they are more efficient).
