After paying off almost all but one account at the beginning of last year, I gave it time for my credit history to settle down.
Today I decided to do a check on the 3 bureas as I intend on applying for a bond in the next few months and wanted to know how my profile looked.
I am absolutely shocked and amazed at how pathetic Experian's website and information is. After being a regular at all the sites, Experians is sorely lacking and has the most outdated information from all 3 bureas.
The biggest issue is that their payment history is inconsistent. Some accounts have 24 month history and i have a few that go back to 2009!!! We're in 2014! Trans and XDS state on their report that it's a rolling 24 months, but Experian is so useless!! And not to mention that i haven't seen many enquiries run on Experian so it shows credit providers do not want to use them.
Also, one couldn't export the report to PDF like the other, and to pay for their risk rating (which says nothing and no score) is not worth the R5 spent. All in all, dissapointed!
I want a response from Experian on why the history going back to 2009.I need the incorrect information sorted once and for all and immediately!
