I paid R145 for the annual report on the 5th of April but up to this date i can't access my report. Every time i call the consultants tell me that i will receive a sms in the next few hours or so but nothing! This is frustrating as i don't know what is happening. I am trying to buy a car but i am told my score with Experian is low so i need to know which creditors have not updated my records so that i can follow up with them. Why make us pay i you not going to provide the service???
