No Report after payment

I requested my experian report and was requested to complete by entering my banking details for the debit order to be deducted from my personal account for the report. The funds had been debited - R26.00 and R15.00 service fee for my report which to date, I have not received. I called a day or two later and spoke to some lady who told me that the system has not yet released the payment for the report to be released. I want my report to be sent to my or someone to call me and tell me when I am getting my report. I did not request it for the likes of it. I requested it to dispute certain listings so I can have my financial status cleared which is causing a heavy delay now!! Very disappointed in the service.
