I ordere and when my order was dilivered at my work I did not open it immiddiately to see if everything was there as soon as I found out that the cutlery wasn't there I foned the lady and she promised it was a mistake she will bring it the folowing week 3 weeks went pass and I asked her again and she said to me. Its because the cutlery is out of stock
Till this day I sent emails and no one has come back to me about the matter. Will never but from them ever again I love their dishes, I'll rather buy from other companie.
