The credit reports that gets sent to the credit providers enquiring when you apply for finance, does not correspond to the report that you receive when you get your personal credit record. This is very disturbing and actually I think it is quite negligent!! To think when you want to find out what your credit score is you have to pay R35 but it really does not mean anything as this is obviously not the information that is sent to the credit providers, when you do query this they actually only pass the buck to say it was not from them but the credit provider that changed the scoring...
I would urge all banks to stop using Experian they are unrealiable and the information received from them are not accurate!!!
