So yesterday (11/12/13) I went to the post office branch in Rawsonville (Western Cape) at 4pm to sent a parcel via registered post. When I approached the desk I was yelled at for bringing a parcel so late in the day. I was informed by the employee that she was to busy and that she would do it the following day. I was rudely informed that I must bring parcels earlier in the day. Needless to say I was fuming inside cause no matter what time it is (as long as it is during office hours) I should receive assistance. Now I have a question for the post office, when must I bring my parcels, because a previous time I was yelled at 10am because then the new post arrives for the day. Here is my advise to SAPO, either get more staff as the employee at Rawsonville is always to busy to assist, or get a new employee. I will no longer be using your service for my parcels and will rather courier it with a private company. Thank you and goodbye.
