Small parcels placed in mailbox or getting

Over the past few months most of my international parcels have not reached me. The one's that do were simply shoved in my post box instead of being delivered to my local Post Office. This is most likely the reason why so many of my parcels are going missing.

In the past this hasn't been an issue, but now less than half of the parcels I'm expecting actually arrive! It's pretty obvious that SAPO is to blame, since the packages I'm expecting or have been lost are from all over the world.

I feel that Capemail is being extremely negligent by placing parcels in my mailbox instead of a parcel collection slip. If a parcel slip was placed in my mailbox instead of the parcel itself, I have no doubt that less parcels would go missing.
