I ordered an item and decided to take a chance with the Post Office instead of a courier service. BIG MISTAKE! After sending the mails below, I have still not had any feedback, and have yet to recieve my parcel, it's been a month now and yes, still waiting! Pathetic!!
Will anybody dear to take action on this, post office, your service stinks!!!

I need to know urgently when my parcel will be delivered to our post office in Glen Marais. It was finally scanned in at the hub in Durban yesterday after much fighting and following up. I really cannot believe that the service is this bad, even if the strike is being used as an excuse. I need this item for work and I tell you I am about to insist on getting my money back from the post office for this I have contacted my attorney in the meantime.
